Welcome to Riverside's Sports Performance Center's inaugural 2011 Football camp. This camp is dedicated to assist all area athletes with their football skills. It will be a noncontact camp to increase:
- Endurance/ Flexibility
- Speed/ Agility/ Balance
- Strength/ Power
- Reaction/ Mental focus
Football is a sport in which speed and change of direction while sprinting are extremely important and essential to the athlete's success. Our program will prepare the athlete with drills simulating game action. We will improve running mechanics, footwork and overall explosiveness while reducing risk of injury.
Today's athletes continue to get bigger, stronger and faster. Our focus is to give each player an opportunity to maximize their athletic ability to compete at the highest level. Some of our training techniques and methods used in our program include:
