Certified strength and conditioning coaches have worked side by side with premiere college coaches including the boy's college offensive coordinator of the Centenary College men's lacrosse team. Bo's knowledge of the game was essential for Riverside Sport's Performance Center to develop a program for players of all ages and abilities.

Attackmen And Midfielders

William Bo Ingalsbe

About William "Bo" Ingalsbe enters his first season as Offensive Coordinator for the Centenary College men's lacrosse team. As a player, Ingalsbe played three seasons on a club team at Old Dominion University in Virginia Beach, Va. He was a team captain all three years and led the team in points and assists during his tenure. He transferred to Centenary for his senior season and started in goal for the Cyclones, compiling a program-best 11-4 record.

After graduating from Centenary with a B.A. in Communication in 2004, Ingalsbe coached youth and high school lacrosse in the Washington, D.C. area. In 2009 and 2010 he served as the Defensive Coordinator for Division III Birmingham-Southern College. While at BSC, he coached two All-Conference players, and led a man-down defensive unit that ranked among the top in the country. Ingalsbe also served as the athletic department's Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at BSC.
