Budget cuts continue to wreak havoc on school districts resulting in many after school activities along with sport curriculums being cut or eliminated. Year after year our children are becoming less physically inclined and are gaining weight with unhealthy eating habits. Studies have shown that a child's habits are continued into adulthood. Riverside Sports Performance Center has designed a fun and challenging fitness regimen for establishing a healthy and fun approach to fitness. Our class is designed to be interactive and is fun and engaging.

Fitness One Boot Camp

This class is designed to improve physical fitness and help promote self-esteem. Each class is specifically designed to focus on particular muscle groups while incorporating fitness fundamentals that achieve sustained cardiovascular levels. Fitness One is a fun and exciting way to challenge a young person. We strive to provide a fun and encouraging environment that promotes positive self- awareness in a group setting. Our general conditioning is age appropriate and is for all levels of fitness. Our class is designed to be interactive and is fun and engaging.

Parent and Me

In addition, to our kid's fitness classes we have designed an innovative class for parent and child. Why not try a new a new exciting class that the entire family can enjoy. If you are looking to sweat off those pounds, improve your overall physical fitness while spending time with your child this is the class for you. Each week we will design a new feature.

Renagade Fitness

Enhance your current fitness routine utilizing our innovative new performance center. Our Renegade Fitness Program challenges individuals unlike any program you have experienced. More and more people are seeking exciting new ways to train. Riverside Performance Center is the areas only facility to offer such a challenge. From obstacle courses, plyometrics, rope climbing, visual sports games, TRX, Vertimax resistance training and our tug of war finally; each week we will introduce a new fitness item to challenge even the hardiest member. Experience a non- stop total body workout that no other facility can provide.

Kettlebells and Kickboxing

Are you ready to test yourself through new levels of physical conditioning? This unique and intense class incorporates powerful kickboxing movements with three dimensional Kettle bell training. Dynamically improve your strength, endurance and physical conditioning.
